Welcome to the South Molton U3A web site.

Set up in 1987, the South Molton U3A group aims to provide a forum where local people, whether they have lived in the area all their lives or have retired here, can quickly and easily meet each other and make friends within the community.

If you just want to come along to our monthly coffee morning with its varied programme of interesting speakers that’s great but we’re sure that once you get to know us you’ll want to join in with some of our other social activities that exist via the various special interest groups run within South Molton U3A.

The coffee mornings are held on the second Tuesday of each month and are held at Filleigh Village Hall. Starting at 10.00am, they are usually finished by 12 noon. Members of the Committee will be happy to meet you, introduce you to other members and explain how you can join our ever expanding group and get involved with all the other activities that are going on.

Special interest groups cover many areas of both indoor and outdoor leisure activities, arts, crafts and entertainment. Check out our Groups page HERE for more details.
